I’m a business owner who happens to coach, not the other way around. I run DeLaIsla, a seafood supply chain company based in Nicaragua, and I also lead strategic planning and leadership sessions through Stoic Mind. Both businesses are growing, but more importantly, they’re built on clarity and discipline.
Most of the companies I work with are in one of two situations. Either they’re growing fast and it’s getting harder to keep things under control, or they feel stuck. Not broken, just stuck… working hard, doing a lot, but not seeing meaningful progress. In both cases, the answer usually starts with simplifying. We get clear on structure, roles, and metrics. We focus on what actually moves the business forward and drop the things that don’t.
My approach is practical. It’s grounded in business experience and influenced by Stoic thinking. We build systems that give you back time and teams that can operate without you being everywhere at once. I’m not here to talk in circles or give you a bunch of frameworks you’ll never use. I’m here to help you create structure, align your team, and make better decisions faster. That’s where growth becomes sustainable.
