I come with more than twenty-nine years of varied industry experience. At the start of my career, I worked with Nestle India for over seven years in sales, distribution, and marketing divisions, from where I moved to Info Edge India Ltd.
Within Info Edge, I successfully grew and headed diverse businesses such as Naukri sales, Quadrangle, Executive Search, Fast Forward resume services, and e-hire services for over sixteen years. My urge to make a deeper impact on business leaders led me to transition into learning different aspects of leadership coaching from the world’s top coach training organizations like Erickson International, ICF, Dr. Demartini, Blair Singer, Corporate Connections Forums, and Bloom Growth, among others. I believe in adding a new certification each year, which enables me to add disproportionate value to my client’s growth journey.
I am on a personal mission to grow leaders and make their journey more meaningful and fulfilling. For this, I work with business owners and their leadership teams on creating and executing their visions and goals through prioritization and simplification tools.
In addition to this, I am a Director with Corporate Connections, a global business network, and I also consult in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) space in the education and livelihood domains. I strongly believe that it is important to learn and work on our strengths so that we can thrive and create a legacy.
On the personal front, I have been married for over 25 years to Savneet Bedi, who coaches women on improving their relationships at home and office. We are based out of Noida in the Delhi region and are blessed with a loving daughter who works as a Brand Manager in an FMCG Company and an affectionate son who is studying Finance and Economics.
