As the owner of the MisFit Leadership Team and co-founder of Entrepreneurs Ignite, I empower business leaders and create positive community impact. I model a healthy life-work balance through my successful, sustainable ventures, including Carpe Diem Cleaning—a flourishing business that has been serving clients for over 30 years. Additionally, I am a single mom by choice with two kids and care for my 82-year-old mom. I have had to build teams and capacity to flourish in all areas.

My area of expertise is anchored in unlocking the entrepreneur’s life and organizational leadership goals. My niche of clients is organizations that are impact and growth-focused, regardless of their for-profit or non-profit legal status. They are typically anchored in practical services or products, such as the trades and creative trades.

My life’s goal is to be the Olympian of my life and my organizations. For every one Olympian, there are 11 coaches. I have cracked the code of what the Olympian coaching team is for people’s lives and organizations and am a key asset for entrepreneurs on that journey.
