I began my career with a solid academic background, earning degrees in business and computer science from Southern Methodist University (SMU). This led to my role at Microsoft as a Technology Strategist, where I honed my skills in aligning technology initiatives with business strategies for Fortune 500 companies. This experience provided me with deep insights into the intersection of technology and business and how to leverage these insights for sustainable growth.
As a Bloom Growth Coach, as one of the founding coaches, I specialize in working directly with leadership teams to simplify their approach, prioritize effectively, and enhance communication. Over the years, I have served on more than twelve diverse leadership teams and advised dozens more in a professional capacity, gaining a broad perspective on the unique challenges that different businesses face. My experience enables me to provide tailored strategies that help teams move forward with confidence and clarity.
